It's time to say goodbye...

 

Today, Stampin' Up! released the retiring products and colors
lists for the current catalogs. We will be saying hello to
some fabulous fresh new colors and saying goodbye to
some wonderful favorites - both colors and products alike.

Some of the products on the Retiring Lists are discounted.

The discounted prices will begin on April 4th.

That having been said, products are while supplies last

and they will start selling out,

even before the sale prices start. Also, not everything

that is retiring will be discounted.

There are 11 Core Colors retiring. Here are the colors that

will be leaving us:

Merry Merlot, Pear Pizzazz, Bermuda Bay, Mango Melody, Mint Macaron,

Blushing Bride, Pacific Point, Soft Suede, Rich Razzleberry,

Sahara Sand and So Saffron.

Irresistible Blooms Fun Fold

Have you had a chance to check out any of the online exclusives? Stampin' Up! recently launched a line of products that are only available online.  A fan favorite is the Irresistible Blooms stamp set and dies.  The stamp set features bold and lovely flowers and the dies are spectacular!

I featured them recently during a Facebook Live and coupled it with a really unique fun fold that I found online. The results are stunning.

 

The Designer Series Paper is super beautiful and also has a sneak peak of a returning retired color from the past: Pretty Peacock. I am super excited about this!

 Stampin' Up is going to be doing a refresh of the core colors, with some of the retiring colors returning?  It is super exciting.  I am especially hoping that the Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent colors will be returning as core colors.  

I am running a contest over on my Facebook Page.  To enter, all you have to do is comment on the post about the new colors.  Tell me up to 5 current colors that you think may be leaving (In Colors excluded) and up to 5 colors you think will be returning.  I'll do a drawing from the entries and I'll be giving away fun products!

Best Butterflies Fun Fold

                                          

Recently, I featured this fun fold for my Facebook Live.  

I knew that I wanted to use something that represented the spring season. And, for me, any chance to use butterflies and I am there.

Besides, I especially have been looking forward to brighter colors and things that represent sunshine and outdoors.  

Drawing off of the colors in the Designer Series Paper, using it as inspiration made designing and color choice really easy.  I knew that I wanted to create this

particular fun fold design.

            

                        

This fun fold is super duper easy and super cute.  It actually stands up and can be used as a display.  I plan on taking this to work and putting it on my desk to brighten up the place.

Simply Fabulous Masking Technique Card

This weeks' Facebook Live project is a SIP of the catalog.  If you have not heard of this, it is  - Stamps, Inks and Paper!  That's it!  It's wonderful when you can use the products to create over and over again with products that you already have on hand.

I am showing the "masking" technique where you can learn how to stamp and still keep white space. Super simple!

And there is nothing like a little coloring therapy.  The flowers are so bold with delicious color with the outgoing 2022-2024 In Colors.

Here is a look at the lovely Simply Fabulous stamp set and project I created.

Ideas Blog Hop Mar 2023 "Stunning Scraps"
